We at Reseller3K will work our hardest to keep your web site online at all times. Our advanced cluster and Internap backbone makes this a possibility. If you experience anything qualified as downtime, we will credit you for the downtime you received. Downtime is counted as soon as a ticket is opened and no sooner. You must make us aware for us to fix the problem and give you credit.

- 1-Hour Support Guarantee
We guarantee that if you need emergency support during normal business hours, you will get it within 1-hour, if it takes longer than 1-hour you will receive a refund based on the time it took after 1 hour.

- 24-Hour Emergency Support
We offer 24-hour emergency assistance with your server if you are in need. Normal support, billing, sales, and customer service will be during regular business hours which are 9am (9:00) to 5pm (17:00) EST.
